We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms, and we are fully committed to ensuring that our activities, our staff, and our supply chains are free from any association with such practices.

| ● | Recruitment Practices: Recruitment processes include verification of identity and right-to-work checks for all staff, contractors and agency workers. |
| ● | Supply Chain Assurance: We work only with suppliers and service providers who adhere to ethical standards and can demonstrate compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. |
